Patient Information
Disabled Access
Broadway Dental Care is located upstairs. There is a call bell on
the ground floor should you require assistance. If you have any
special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we can
make suitable arrangements. If we are unable to accommodate
your needs we will refer you to another local dental practice.
Emergency Appointments
Emergency cover is provided for patients of the practice who are
having extreme problems. We will gladly arrange an appointment
for the same day but please telephone first to allow us to make
time to deal with the problem properly. If you require advice
or treatment outside our opening hours please telephone the
practice and follow the instructions on our answering service. At
weekends and public holidays we share responsibility for out of
hours emergencies with a group of local dental practices.
Cancellation Policy
If you have made an appointment which you subsequently find
you cannot keep, please give as much notice as possible, as we
can give the appointment to another patient who may need to
see us at short notice. Appointments not attended or cancelled
with insufficient notice for us to rebook the time will be charged
at full fee.
